Inspired by adventures in west coast forests, from Muir Woods to Mount Rainier National Park.
I imagined a view of gazing directly up into the forest canopy from the forest floor.

Drawn with permanent ink and painted with watercolor on hot press watercolor paper.

This original artwork is framed with conservation materials in a 16×20 wood frame with glass glazing.
Artwork dimension is 9″x12″, created on 11″x14″ paper, mounted with mat in a 16″x20″ frame.
