An experiment with branches curving out to you as you picnic on the coast. Hillside, seaside relaxation.
Day 7 of a 30-day series painting coastal trees, celebrating coastal trees and the confluence of land, sea, and tree. I search for play and awe in these places, encouraging us to remember how it felt to first encounter and share air with these great storytellers.
Drawn with permanent ink and painted with watercolor on heavyweight hot press watercolor paper.
Paper dimensions are 5″ x 7″. Artwork Dimensions are 3.5″ x 5.5″.
A simple 5×7 wood frame with plexiglass is included with each sale.
